My name is Romain B. (*) And, as you probably, I own an apartment in the Residence Bonalba.
I created this site to gather the maximum of owners who, like me, are no longer paid by the management company HMC Iberia to finally raise our voices together!
Indiviuellement, we have no leverage to negotiate with management.
I want to create an association (status easiest and least costly to implement) to:

    * About us, support us, contact us
    * Communicate with one voice with HMC Iberia
    * Enter into a relationship with French lawyers and / or Spanish, to find a financial strategy to manage this situation
    * Negotiate
